🔥 How to Cook Mandhi Using Aleida’s Masala (Serves 4):

Ingredients:

  • 500g Chicken or Mutton (or veggies)

  • 2 cups Basmati Rice

  • 3 tbsp Aleida Arabian Mandhi Masala

  • 1 large Onion (sliced)

  • 4 Garlic Cloves (crushed)

  • 1-inch Ginger (grated)

  • 1 Tomato (chopped)

  • 4 cups Water or Chicken Stock

  • Salt to taste

  • 2 tbsp Ghee or Oil

  • A pinch of Saffron (optional)

🧑‍🍳 Cooking Steps:

  1. Marinate chicken/mutton with 2 tbsp of Aleida Mandhi Masala, salt, and a splash of lemon juice. Let it rest for 30 mins.

  2. In a heavy-bottomed pot, heat ghee/oil. Sauté onions till golden. Add garlic, ginger, and tomato.

  3. Add the marinated meat and cook for 5–7 minutes.

  4. Pour in water/stock. Cover and simmer till meat is tender.
