Ingredients:

4 boiled eggs

1 onion, 2 tomatoes (finely chopped)

1/2 tsp turmeric

2 tsp oil

Curry leaves, mustard seeds

Tamarind extract (1 tsp)

Optional: coconut paste (1 tbsp)
Method:

Heat oil, splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves.

Add chopped onion, sauté until golden.
