Ingredients:

1 tbsp Aleida Kuzhambu Milagai Thool

Tamarind extract (small lemon size)

1 onion, 1 tomato

Curry leaves, mustard seeds

Gingelly oil

Salt to taste
Method:

Heat oil, temper mustard seeds and curry leaves.

Add chopped onions and tomatoes, sauté well.
