This easy-to-make recipe uses Aleida Chicken Masala Thool to create a rich, flavorful chicken curry, perfect for pairing with rice or naan.
Ingredients:

500g chicken, cut into pieces

2 tbsp Aleida Chicken Masala Thool

1 large onion, finely chopped

2 tomatoes, pureed
-
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
-
2 tbsp yogurt
-
2 tbsp oil
-
1 cup water
-
Salt to taste

Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Method:

Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
