🍛 Simple Garam Masala Paneer Curry Recipe (Serves 3–4)
Ingredients:

Paneer – 200g (cubed)

Onion – 2 (finely chopped)

Tomato – 2 (pureed)

Aleida Garam Masala – 1 tsp

Red chili powder – 1 tsp

Turmeric – ¼ tsp

Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
-
Cream or milk – 2 tbsp
-
Oil – 2 tbsp
-
Salt – to taste

Fresh coriander – to garnish
Method:

Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onions till golden brown.

Add ginger garlic paste, cook till raw smell disappears.

Add tomato puree, turmeric, red chili powder, salt. Cook till oil separates.

Add paneer cubes and a splash of water. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Stir in Aleida Garam Masala and cream. Simmer for 2 more minutes.
