🧑🍳 Recipe Suggestion – Classic South Indian Rasam
Ingredients:

1 medium tomato, chopped
-
1 tsp Aleida Pepper Powder
-
½ tsp Aleida Jeera (cumin) powder

1 tsp tamarind paste
-
1 tsp mustard seeds
-
2 garlic cloves, crushed
-
Curry leaves, coriander, and salt to taste

2 cups water
Instructions:

Boil tomato, tamarind paste, salt, and water.

Add cumin powder and Aleida Pepper Powder. Simmer for 10 mins.

In a separate pan, heat oil. Add mustard seeds, garlic, and curry leaves.

Temper the rasam with this mix. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
