🍽️ How to Use – Signature Sambar Recipe:
Ingredients:

½ cup toor dal (cooked)

1 tsp tamarind paste
-
1½ tbsp Aleida Sambar Powder

1 cup mixed vegetables
-
Salt, mustard seeds, curry leaves, oil
Method:

Boil vegetables and tamarind water. Add cooked dal.

Mix in 1½ tbsp Aleida Sambar Powder and salt. Simmer.

Temper mustard seeds & curry leaves in oil and add to sambar.
